For a change of pace, if you enjoy shopping, there are 3 large towns: Malmo, Lund and Kristhamstad, all within 40 minutes reach, that will keep you busy for a few days, and of course let’s not forget Copenhagen, within 1 hour from here by car, or train over the new bridge connecting Southern Sweden and Denmark.
To the east, you can drive through the forest and into the rolling hills of Osterlean. Here you will find many interesting villages and art gallery’s, most of Sweden artist live in this area, moving towards the coast, you will come across more sandy beaches with small villages and tea and coffee shops, as well as arts and crafts galleries, specializing in the local art styles. |
| West of us ,you will find Helsingborg, a very large town, were you can take a 10 min. ferry to Helsingör (Denmark) and visit Hamlets Castle, and of course more shopping.On our southern coast you will find ferries to Germany and Poland, which sail every day, and also some wonderful white sandy beaches. to be found.
